Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. At the age of 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following her decision to quit gymnastics. Her Professional Card was awarded a year later, when she was 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She began participating in fitness shows when she was 16, following the end of her childhood gymnastics career. In the span of a year, she obtained her professional license at 17 years old. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel had a break of six years from performing after earning her pro card to pursue her education. In 2015, she continued the same path as she did in the previous year's high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest lasted for several years after her first appearance and set herself new goals each year. She had already won four other fitness titles. In 2009, she became the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was also the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel was able to take 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, when she earned the Pro Card. When she earned her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel was able to make a comeback at her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She finished at third. In the summer of 2016, she was the winner of at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage and won 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel was completely no expectations when she entered, was delighted with the result. It's no surprise that she did so well in light of the contest. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing improvements to her physique each year. Ariel enjoys working her back. The most she does is bent-over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on a machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. She warms-up first before moving into working sets. Ariel makes use of her time effectively. One way to achieve this is to superset her back exercises. Three or four supersets of 10--12 reps are completed.
